2015 Insights

2015 is a year of changes. Now, please do not be scared. Change is good.

I don’t know about you but I have struggled a lot in the past two months. I cannot even describe how intense it has been and still is. I feel that my life is turned upside down and that I cannot go back to my old life so that I have no other choice than move forward. This is what I feel 2015 is all about…learning to move forward and embrace change. Things are always better when we end what no longer serves a purpose in our lives, and this is definitely the case for us. I sense that we have been resisting change, and this resistance has created a situation in which change is no longer an option, because change is here no matter what.

There are no limits on what wonderful things the Universe can bestow. Even though right now things seem scary, and we cannot see the light at the end of the tunnel…I am told that things will improve. There is nowhere to go but up!
Remember that you are a Divine Being with Divine Power, as this is the guiding principle of the Universe. Whenever you need to make a decision, focus on Divine Power and lead with Wisdom, Integrity and Virtue. When you follow this simple principle, you can’t go wrong.

We have worked very hard in 2014 and have achieved self-reliance and wisdom. We are prepared spiritually for this important time in our lives. It is vital to value your own company and find peace and contentment in your quiet alone time. Every time you feel that you need to make a decision, retreat inward for inspiration. Also, spend time in nature and with animals as it will help you ground and be present in the now.

We must aim to find the inner peace in which we truly enjoy life’s little pleasures and enjoy every moment, regardless of what goes on around us. Finding that inner retreat will make a difference this year.
Also, let’s not forget about our Spiritual talents. We’ve been given an incredible token of light. You have every reason to feel hope and happy expectation. Believe in your dreams and look to your future with optimism, excitement, and confidence. You have the talent of manifesting a brighter future. You have the power to envision your life the way you want it to be and to take action in that direction. Trust and follow your intuition as it is right on target.

Archangel Jophiel is giving us hope. There is so much light, so much joy, and so much love available to us! If only we knew how much power we have. It is time to acknowledge this power.
The great thing about change is that it gives you the possibility to create a different reality. There are infinite possibilities, and as long as we are stuck living a reality that no longer serve us, we don’t grow. It is only when we are stripped off the junk, we are free to create. This is what I see. As long as you don’t remain stuck in fear, you will create a reality that suits who you really are. Be open to new and exciting possibilities that will present in 2015.

I am shown that we must spend time in meditation as it is a journey of self-discovery. You’ve benefit from spending time alone, listening to your inner voice. Be silent and experience the joy that comes from seeking the truth of your own heart. Learn to feel comfortable in your own company.

Living your life from the heart is key. Remember to listen to your heart and to center yourself through breathing and meditation. Follow your intuition at all times and let your actions reflect wisdom, integrity and virtue. May 2015, the year of transformation, bring abundance and many blessings to you!

In memory of Tara.

Hello everyone,

Today I felt the need to share a very recent experience that really shows how the Universe works in magical ways, how events and circumstances are orchestrated for the highest good and for the purpose of love. Everything takes us to the point of origin and return that is love. Source is love and so are we. Regardless of what we experience in our lives, we cannot deny our essence of love.

When I was five years old, we moved to our new home. We met our neighbor who quickly became best friends with my mom. My mom and our neighbor were like sisters and our neighbor even became my youngest brother's godmother. Friendship grew for many years until my neighbor, who I will refer to as Tara, had heart surgery followed by a stroke a few days later which left her paralyzed on her left side. She worked with therapists for a few years to rehabilitate herself but eventually gave up. The reason she gave up was that there was a weak foundation in her marriage and her husband was not in love with her. Tara knew this a long time ago, long before she became a mother, but nevertheless she continued to say that she "wanted him to love her again". This became an obsession for Tara. The greater Tara focused on trying to get her husband to love her, the less she focused on her own healing and self-love. We are all here to learn, to grow, to make crucial decisions but most importantly, we are here to love, starting with LOVING OURSELVES. We cannot expect love and respect from others if we do not give love and respect to ourselves. 

Tara entered a toxic cycle of martyrdom and drove away many people who had supported her over the years, including my mom and dad.  Tara started to give up and stopped her physiotherapy. She ended up in a wheelchair and became housebound. Her husband remained with her as a carer but not as a soul mate. 

I would see Tara from time to time. Whenever I visited her I always felt heaviness in my heart. Twenty years passed. Early this week I received news that my mom had to go to hospital unexpectedly as she thought she may have been experiencing a possible side effects from a medication she was taking. The doctors at the hospital performed some tests on her and she was then admitted as a patient.

The room my mom was admitted into in hospital had beds for two patients .When my mom and dad entered the room they looked over to the patient in the other bed and realized that it was Tara! What were the odds? My parents quickly learned that they had another PURPOSE for being there as Tara had suffered two strokes and was now in a coma.  Just before my parents entered the room the Doctors treating Tara had just told her family that she would not recover from the strokes she had suffered. In effect, she was about to leave her physical existence.

Tara chose to make the transition with the love of a friend (my mom) and her son holding her hands. She departed this world a few hours later, the same evening. My mom’s purpose was to create a space of love and light for Tara, so she could support her to make her transition, to tell her that everything would be ok, to have closure, so that they could forgive each other. Even though Tara was unconscious, we knew that she was more conscious than ever. From that plane, Tara could feel the essence of each one of us, our love. Tara reconnected with the essence of her being, her Soul ,and she understood who she truly was and she chose to return home.

I do not know what Tara’s soul contract was, but I do know that Spirit orchestrated this encounter for the highest good of all involved, for the purpose of peace. I felt Archangel Azrael with Tara and I can feel that she is ok now. She is very loved and finally free of pain. This blog is in memory of Tara. I asked for Tara’s permission to share this story, which she was happy for me to do and having done so my heart feels lighter. I am grateful I was able to learn this lesson from Tara and I hope that you can also take heart from her story.

When life takes you places that are dark and toxic, get out and seek the light because the longer you stay in the dark, the darker it becomes and the harder it becomes to find the way out. Make decisions based on love. Love yourself unconditionally and share that love from inside out -to your world, to the world.

A Miracle of Life

Hello everyone,
I wanted to thank you all for reading this blog. You are very special to me!
The past few weeks have been very busy because we went on a road trip to visit my in law's. It was nice to re-connect with them and to view things from a different angle. In a way, I felt like an owl...able to observe and see beyond the obvious... which was very interesting because I learned a lot from the perspective of the owl in me. :-). 
Anyway, there is something really amazing that happened to me today and it is a huge reminder about the power of love and the miracle of life.
We are here for a reason, no doubt about that. That reason is the power that propels us forward even when we believe we have no more to give, even if we are not aware of that purpose. The reason why you are here is greater than fear and it is always about love.
Today I saw a very special baby boy. He was born in November last year and I happened to be there in the OR interpreting for his mother (I am also an interpreter and translator). She was expecting twins, a boy and a girl. I met mom several times before the delivery because she was a high risk mom and one of the babies had a mass in his lung so they had to monitor it to make sure he was ok and that the mass was not growing. 
One day after an ultrasound and while the technician went to check the images with the doctor I happened to look at the computer image of the baby boy's head. That is were the last images were recorded and somehow it was frozen in the big monitor. What caught my attention is that looking at that image you could see a clear picture of a lady...I immediately felt Mother Mary's presence and knew that she wanted mom to know that everything would be ok, and that she had to believe and trust that she would take care of her baby.
As you can imagine...I battled for a few seconds because I felt so strongly that mom needed to hear that message, but then again...I was there as an interpreter!
I know that God works in amazing ways and that I was there that day for a reason. The reason is always love, and that's why I knew that I had to fulfill that purpose. When I looked at mom, she was staring at the image with a very confused look. I smiled because that was the sign I was waiting for and so I casually said to her: "How interesting, It looks like the face of a lady!". She immediately agreed and said that she could not stop looking at it for that reason. I asked her if she believed in Mother Mary and she told me that very much so, and that she carries the image of the Virgin of Guadalupe with her. I took my interpreter hat off for just one minute and I told her that regardless, never stop believing and to pray to her.
Days went by and one day I was assigned to an emergency c-section and so when I arrived at the location, I realized it was for the birth of her twins. I was sent to be present in that moment for a reason...and that reason was and is love.
I was there as an interpreter and as me...the Lourdes that you know...praying for the health of the babies, supporting mom and sending positive energy in the room. The baby girl was born first...the baby boy came second and I was able to see him a second before he was rushed to the "nest" room. He did not sound good, and he did not sound good either. I was worried and I prayed while I supported mom. The baby was intubated and taken to ICU.
I did not see him afterwards but I did see mom several times for follow up appointments and she told me that the baby had emergency surgery to remove the mass, and so half of his lung was gone and that the doctors told her that he would not make it. He was connected to a machine that pumped blood for him.The max time was two weeks and that if he did not respond then he would be disconnected and most likely pass away. She was devastated! 
I looked at her and reminded her of our conversation and how important it was for her to believe and pray for a miracle.  
Well...the baby boy made it. He spent five long months in the hospital and was discharged two months ago. Today, I saw him for the first time since the day he was born. He looked amazing! Chubby, healthy, cute...I was completely blown away and so happy for experiencing such a miracle, the miracle of life.
I looked at him and said: "You are a miracle baby and I know you have a lot of great things to do here!". He smiled and my heart melted. I know that purpose is about love. Love is all!.
He taught me a lesson as he looked at me with wise eyes...never stop fighting, never give up, believe.

The Path of the Seeker

"The path of the Seeker is both journey and goal"

Every journey starts with a very important first step. It takes courage and faith to start this journey, It is the journey of the Soul.

Our Soul is wise and that is why we must listen and follow it's guidance even though it is very scary not knowing where this journey will take you. What is important is that you are here and that you are moving forward.

I don't know about you but I have been feeling April's energies as a catalyst for change and realignment. It is not possible to follow a path that is not yours. There is not choice but being authentic. The more authentic and truthful you are to your essence, the easier and more enjoyable this journey will be.

The energy will force you to take a look at what is hidden, blocking you from taking the first step. Is it fear? Is it lack of trust? whatever it is that stops you from unlocking the door and stepping out...you can clear and release.

There is a great deal of baggage that we are all carrying and it is becoming heavier and heavier in our daily lives...well, it is time to let go and get rid of it. You cannot take it on your journey and anyway, it does not serve a purpose for you.

It is time to re-discover your roots and bring back ancestral memories so that you can see who you truly are. The connection is there, be open to remember. This is the perfect time for karmic recall and clearing of any karma and residual energy from your family lineage. Believe or not, your ancestors have a very strong presence in your present and directly influence how you perceive life. Sometimes there are links that do not serve for the greatest good and we need to break that cycle. The time is now!

For instance, I personally discovered that there is a link with the female ancestors of my family that have been influencing to believe that I cannot follow my own path and that instead, I need to sacrifice for the man of the family. There was a tremendous lost of personal power. This really explained why I continuously self-sabotaged every opportunity to be powerful and instead focused on supporting my partner to succeed. Once I recalled this reality, I realized that this cycle had to end. When you are aware of a blockage you are already working on releasing it, so be kind to yourself and give yourself all the credit that you deserve.

Secondly, our connection to Mother Earth is increasing at a fast speed. You are guided to take a look at the beauty that surrounds you and to realize that you are here to experience matter but that becoming too focused on material gain will only bring spiritual miserliness. Open the flow of giving and receiving and do not be afraid to get out of your comfort zone. As already mentioned, it takes a lot of Faith to take that very important first step.

Believe that you are provided now and always! If you look at the image of the seeker, he does not have much but as he starts his path, a beautiful rainbow appears. The seven rays, the bridge to another reality. You see, he cannot yet see what is awaiting but he is already receiving heavenly guidance in the form of rainbow energy.

There is a deep urgency to know and experience: To find the world's healing and to seek for a personal direction.

The Seeker, like the fool, can go anywhere, despised and overlooked because travelling without the weight of fixed ideas will allow the free flow of our destiny to be unwound. Those who explore the inner worlds cannot retain their preconceived ideas of themselves.

The Rainbow path will allow the Seeker to heal what is broken, balance what is imbalanced, align what is out of alignment.

The Seeker represents all who go on a spiritual quest as well as those who seek for the healing of the land. He embarks on his quest without a thought for the consequences or those left behind, for this inner journey can only be undertaken singly.

Trust that you are guided and protected as you step into the unknown to find your heart's desire. It is ok to be adventurous, spontaneous, youthful. This is the right time, the right energy.

Let the seeker show you the path of self-discovery and healing . It will be worth the experience!

RELATIONSHIPS AND SPIRITUALITY

Good morning!

Two days ago I started a thread to gather some information about your own experiences in regards to spirituality and relationships. I was wondering about your perception and experiences because I personally feel that not sharing the same beliefs can be a huge obstacle because there is a part of you that is not expressed in the relationship.
I really appreciate your honest answers and the fact that the common denominator here is RESPECT. Respecting your partner's views and allowing each person you encounter in your life to be exactly who they are, without judgment and expectations. There is not right or wrong way to commune with the Divine, as long as it feels good in your heart. We are are all connected but unique, so embracing our uniqueness is appreciating all of God's creations. 
If we understand that we are whole and complete as we are, and that we are expressions of the Divine, then we are open to give and receive love and ready to share our completeness with others.
As I reflected on this subject, I decided to ask my angels and guides for guidance in regards to this, and I hope this message resonates for you as much as it did for me. 

You are a conduit of God's pure light and love; and you bring this healing energy through with your prayers, visualizations and positive intentions. This is your life purpose! You are anchoring Divine light and love to the earth, which is ensuring that the planet is safe, stable and protected.Please keep up this good work as it is necessary and valuable!
Love will transform your whole life because it is through love that you learn that another being is just a reflection of yourself, and in so doing, you grow into knowing the ultimate love of God. 

It is important to first understand Who you are and Why you are here. That your purpose is greater than what your eyes can see or your mind think. Your calling is yours...and it's through anchoring Divine light and love that you make a difference in the lives of many, including your partner.

It's all about love

Valentine’s Day is just down the corner…and I love that it’s all about LOVE! but I don’t follow the mainstream “concepts” and “ideas” about Valentine’s day. Love cannot be measured; Love can only be expressed and felt deeply in the core of your being. To me, this day is just a reminder and acknowledgment about the Power of Love. What does Valentine Day mean to you?
I also know that for some people that are not in a loving relationship, just ended one and/or are single, this day feels heavy in the heart. I know how it feels because I have experienced it too. The thing is that cultivating a loving relationship with yourself first, is more important that finding “the one”. If you start a relationship without loving yourself, you will cling to the other person with insecurity and other feelings that will eventually destroy what once brought you together. Love starts in you and expands outwards, not the other way around.

TRUTH, YOUR TRUTH...UNIVERSAL TRUTH

Happy Monday everyone!

This week's guidance is very interesting. As many of you already know, we have started 2014 energetically.
I don't know if you feel the difference compared to January, but so far I can tell you that I feel an explosion of energy and enthusiasm. I think that is the best way that I can describe it.

This week is about moving forward with Freedom and Peace. After a test, comes a gift. Well, the test was to release the fears within that have been secretly holding you back.I feel that most of us have worked very hard to release these fears and blocks. If you haven't done so yet...this is a sign for you to decide to overcame this challenge once and for all. The gift is an opportunity for prosperity in all forms. Will you accept this opportunity?

Remember who you are within, do not try to fit with external models of how to be in this world, for you are here to help birth a new way that is more aligned with spiritual truth.
You are guided to trust in your wisdom, to sit and contemplate any issue that you are questioning right now and to trust in the voice of your heart. Guidance doesn't have to make logical sense, though often at a higher level you will perceive a higher Divine logic in the guidance, it just needs to feel as though it makes your heart expand, and that will be a sign for you that is your truth.

 When I was sending healing over the weekend I noticed that I was guided to work with the Heart Chakra again and again. I kept hearing EXPANSION. A need to expand outwards. Also, there was a very specific message regarding the connection with your truth. For instance, the need to ground your truth so that you take actions aligned to it. The need to expand your truth so that you can understand your power and expand it outwards in order to touch other people's lives and so that they can expand their truth too.  How do you know that is the truth? Feel it  and know it in your heart.
Once you know it, you speak your truth and so it is much easier to see the truth in every situation and circumstance too. But most importantly, connect with your truth. When you are connected with your Divine intelligence...everything is clearer and aligned with truth. I see it as a clear channel of truth upwards and downwards.

The color vibration I saw clearing this channel was a Cobalt Blue and it assists in accessing Universal Truth and remembering one's life purpose, sacred origins and spiritual gifts. Wearing or carrying a crystal or gemstone such as Lapis Lazuli or Sodalite will align you with this energy. You can also surround yourself with the Cobalt Blue light and visualize this light clearing each chakra until you see it or feel it expand.Say aloud: "I receive any transmission and healing in unconditional love now for my greatest good, so be it". Then see this big sphere surrounding you and bathing every cell of your body and feel the connection all the way to the Stars, and back through you to the center of the Earth. Relax and feel the incredibly sense of calm, metal clarity and peace. Allow yourself to receive love and light from the Universe and the places that your Soul recognizes. Rest for a moment and drink plenty of water.
